With more than a decade of sales and marketing experience working for such illustrious organizations as The Sunshine Group and Related Companies in the luxury high-rise condominium business, Sarah Prinsloo is an expert where few exist as vertical living carves its niche in Las Vegas.

Sarah is one of the first real estate professionals in the market to specialize in high-rise luxury living as a former sales executive for Park Towers, the $125 million condominium project that is widely recognized as the development that paved the way for modern vertical living in Las Vegas.  Her vast experience, combined with Sarah's tenacity, charm and an in-depth understanding of the market have positioned her to launch The Prinsloo Group in partnership with Ike Prinsloo.

As Co-owner and Broker for The Prinsloo Group, Sarah works with the city's top real estate developers to maximize their sales goals through a strategic sales and marketing plan unique to their product.  She has aligned herself with countless contacts - buyers, real estate agents and brokers in the United States and abroad - through which she is able to market the real estate products she represents.

Prior to starting The Prinsloo Group, Sarah was president of RPRS (Related Prinsloo Realty Services) where she managed the sales teams for both of The Related Group of Florida's high-rise developments in Las Vegas, Icon and Las Ramblas, an ambitious high-rise urban enclave in partnership with Centra Properties, Rande Gerber and George Clooney.  While Related ultimately chose to capitalize on profits from selling the land rather than move forward with these developments, the sales achieved by Sarah's teams were extremely successful. 

Sarah founded RPRS with Ike Prinsloo after leaving Del American, the developers of Vegas Grand, where she was the Director of Sales.  At Vegas Grand, Sarah was responsible for initial reservations of nearly $455 million in just six months.   

Immediately before her tenure began at Del American, Sarah was a Broker for Vertical Properties Group (VPG), Las Vegas' most exclusive high-rise real estate company, which was acquired by The Sunshine Group in 2005. With VPG, Sarah sold and listed multi-million dollar luxury high-rise condominiums at Turnberry and Park Towers, where she had started her career in real estate.
