Raul Klein, Director of Business Development

Born into a family of Surgeons, Architects and Civil Engineers, Raul Klein is quickly rising to his own level of excellence in Real Estate Marketing and Development. 

Born in Mexico, Raul spent most of his early years in Mexico City and lived through of the most devastating earth quakes in the Americas, the "great earth quake of 1985".  Shortly thereafter his mother acquired a contract in Las Vegas heading the Design Team for The Thunderbird Hotel and Casino.        

Growing up in Las Vegas, Raul's scholastic achievements and leadership roles resulted in a scholarship to UNLV, where he attained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management. Having visited Italy extensively, he became fluent in Italian while retaining fluency in his native Spanish tongue.            

A few months before graduating college, he was recruited into the MGM Grand's Casino Marketing department. He quickly learned the ropes of the Casino side of operations, and within 9 months was promoted into National Casino Marketing. In this department he began hosting and headed the department's Telemarketing division where he was responsible for bringing back tremendous success in the telemarketing efforts of the department. His business strategy and leadership resulted in an eighty percent increase of business for the casino from the two previous years combined.           

Two years into his career at the MGM, his entrepreneurial spirit took over and he left the Casino industry to pursue the Franchising business and opened two Capriotti's Sandwich Shops. At the same time, he attained his Real Estate License and began exploring the world of Real Estate by investing in land and selling single family residences. Always looking for other entrepreneurial opportunities, he opened what is now one of Las Vegas' fastest growing Night Life VIP Services Company, Vegas Status VIP.            

Currently Raul is Director of Business Development for The Prinsloo Group and is specializing in the Luxury High Rise Condominium Market. Working closely with The Prinsloo Group's President, Ike Prinsloo, Raul is assisting in the creation of sales strategies for the company's future projects. Raul is also head of the International Sourcing Department where he is generating more business than ever before by way of sourcing Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment for projects nationwide.
